This is a complete BETA Laser Mike Laser Micrometer in excellent working condition, This includes the 182-10 processor and a 501-195 scanner head ,all necessary cables, a copy of the instruction manual and the aluminum base on which the scanning head and receiver are aligned and mounted. A ground steel plate is attached to mount whatever fixture or stage is needed for your parts. These are very versatile and excellent for difficult to measure parts such as those easily deformable through contact pressure or those hard to access with features such as narrow grooves or recesses. The 182-10 measurement processor has a wide range of menu selectable functions and options and is also a closed-loop proportional controller for use on size control of continuous extruded products. The software allows it to perform many different measurements such as diameter, edge or position, spacing between two objects or gap,E-block and collect data for SPC. The display is in "MAG" mode for the photos with the last measured size displayed. This makes the data selected for display larger and more visible. Various data screens are normally sized as a typical printed page. This has a specified measuring range of 0.015" to 1.95" with an accuracy of 0.00004" and repeatability of +/-0.00002". Resolution is selectable down to 0.00001". Self calibration is relatively simple. A small and large master covering the desired measuring range are sequentially placed in the optical path, the actual size of each is input into the control, and the control zeroes to that size.

Description of 10889B:

The Agilent 10889B PC servo-axis board is a programmable, digital servo with built-in motion control algorithms. The combined servo-axis board provides a complete closed-loop positioning solution for PC-based laser interferometer systems. It offers both high resolution and a high sample rate. Output is a ±10 V analog motor drive signal updated at 20 kHz. Position outputs are available over the PC backplane and via direct hardware output.
